Getting to the Festival
A property-exclusive shuttle serves WorldMark Indio guests to and from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds, Friday through Sunday.
This shuttle is booked and operated separately from your unit reservation — contact the number above directly for shuttle passes. It's also point-to-point with little to no wait, unlike the festival's own shuttles which make multiple stops and can mean hours of waiting.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Book Now is a reservation request for a specific unit and weekend. Once we confirm availability, we'll follow up directly with payment instructions to lock in your stay.
The prices listed on the site are for paying in full, direct. If you'd rather split it up, we can set up a payment plan instead: a $200 deposit holds your unit, and the remaining balance is paid in 3–5 installments that we'll work out together.
Cancel 60 or more days before check-in and 25% of your total is non-refundable. Cancel between 30 and 60 days out and 50% is non-refundable. Inside 30 days, there's no guaranteed refund — but we'll do our best to accommodate special circumstances, depending on whether we're able to re-book or re-rent the unit to someone else.
Yes. We provide lodging only — festival passes for Coachella and Stagecoach are sold separately through the official festival ticketing channels. Gopal's Coachella Lodging is an independent, privately-owned vacation rental and is not affiliated with or able to provide festival tickets.
Check-In & Property Policies
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to check in, and this is strictly enforced. You'll also need a valid debit or credit card at check-in; the resort uses it to place a small deposit covering any incidentals during your stay.

No, the resort is not pet-friendly.
Drinking is permitted on the property, but please be neighborly about it — loud noise ruins the weekend for other guests who are also here for a good time. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. The resort asks that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 PM.
The resort enforces a strict wristband policy to maintain occupancy limits. At check-in, you're given one wristband per person up to your unit's sleeps count — for example, 6 wristbands for a two-bedroom unit that sleeps 6. Everyone in your group needs to wear their wristband for the entire stay, and it's checked every time someone enters the property. Guests who aren't staying in your unit are not able to enter during the festival weekend.
